Remi specializes in  retail and private banking, leasing and factoring, sales and marketing development, operations improvement, data governance and AI challenges.  His skills include client engagement and experience optimization, credit management and collection processes, IT and regulatory programs.

Remi started his career in strategic marketing and digital transformation with Weave and Colorado Conseil. He then spent two years at Sopra Steria Next to frame and steer major digital transformation programs.

In his latest mission he has led pan-European new business processes roll-out programs for a leasing company. Rémi supported numerous retail banking transformation such as: credit chain solution design for a leading retail bank, major transformation program scoping on the enterprise market, exploration on AI portfolio management optimisation.

Rémi graduated from ESC-Grenoble, Emory and Tongji universities (USA, China).
