Philippe supports groups in their transformation, restructuring or optimization of their operational processes. He has worked in many financial sectors (Retail banking, CIB, Specialized financial services, insurance) but also in industry and services (food production and distribution, real estate, steel, continuing education, etc.).

He has designed and carried out numerous transformation projects in which he led multi-skill teams: Strategy, Organization, Information Systems and Change Management. He has good experience in finance and economic management having focused on these subjects for the first half of his career.

His latest interventions have focused on optimizing performance through the use of technological leverage on the one hand and process and organizational optimization on the other. The missions carried out were built on rigorous business cases and resulted in notable improvements in terms of performance and business model.

In addition, in recent years, Philippe has focused on dealing with the impacts of major developments related to Data (GDPR, Data Governance Act), data governance and cybersecurity.

Philippe graduated from HEC Paris and Ecole du Commissariat de la Marine.
