Drawing on a dual technology and business background, François leads high-impact consulting assignments with executives and leaders of large organizations. His scope of intervention goes from idea-generation and framing to the deployment of business project, including decision support.
His recent engagements have been in strategic support to executives: implementation of global savings plans, simplification of financial reporting, creation of a procurement function, opportunity study and framing of shared service-centers, evaluation of cybersecurity costs of several global financial institutions, performance of due diligence and development of new payment solutions.
François graduated from HEC Paris MBA and IAE Aix-en-Provence Master's degree in Services Marketing. He is certified in M&A and corporate strategy, competitive intelligence and innovation management at INSEAD, the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and Babson College (USA).
